The hotel's location across from the Vatican Museum made visiting so easy. I loved stepping out and seeing the entrance just across the street. The staff were genuinely helpful and offered great tips for nearby restaurants. My room was comfortable with a nice view, although it felt a bit cramped. The Wi-Fi connection was often weak. I appreciated the breakfast buffet. I wished for more variety, especially for lengthy stays. The shower design left a bit to be desired, as water spilled out onto the bathroom floor despite being careful. The air conditioning could use some improvements as well. The temperature fluctuated and I had trouble getting it just right. Still, it's hard to beat that location!

Very polite staff. Buffet breakfast staff make their duty on the top of level!Excellent breakfast with a big choice. And it was surprise for us kettle with tea bags in our room. It is splendid to have possibility to make evening tea after long-long Roma walking :)) Location was very good for all our purposes. We visited Vatican and St. Peter Cupola and others spectacular sights.

Location is very good, really close to Vatican. The room was big and comfortable, in the bathroom there was a lot of amenities. Breakfast was also good. The minibar costed reasonably.
The air conditioning was centrally controlled and we could not lessen the fan speed and it was too cold in the room during the night. Then the receptionist explained that we should have called them so that they made it warmer. There should be glasses in the room.

Your staff and facilities were even more than we expected. Well done especially to your reception staff. The breakfast was the best we have experienced including some 5 star hotels.

Beautifully decorated and extremely pleasant room overall, with a private balcony overlooking the entrance to the vatican museum. Above average and extensive breakfast with scrambled eggs, a hint of a cucumber and bacon, reasonably priced. Perfect location to a famous chapel...

The staff was very welcoming, accommodating, professional and easily handled our questions and requests -- in English. Breakfast included with room is rare in Rome -- rarer still is such an extensive and excellent breakfast.
Loved everything

This hotel is amazing, especially when you consider the location (directly across the street from the entrance door of the Vatican Museum), the comfort of the room, the staff, the breakfast included in the room price and the cleanliness. They did absolutely everything they could to make our stay great, and it was. During our stay I became sick on the day of checkout and asked if I could stay 3 more hours until I felt better. They not only allowed me to do so, but they did not charge me for the 3 hours beyond checkout time. Additionally, we asked the hotel to book a private tour of the Vatican and Basilica for us. They arranged this for us in advance. The day prior to the tour, our plans had changed and we needed to reschedule the tour for one day later. They made these arrangements despite it being an Italian National Holiday when most businesses are closed. This took extra effort at the last minute and they were friendly and accommodating . The tour guide was great and it was well worth the money. We were glad we had the hotel choose the guide. The guide was prompt, very knowledgeable and friendly. The breakfast included in the room price is full and very extensive. They offer the typical (eggs, bacon, coffee cake, etc.) but also some unusual items (apple kiwi fresh squeezed juice, home made frittata, and different vegetables each morning). All the food is excellent. If you decide to stay there, be sure to order a cappuccino (included in the breakfast but it needs to be ordered from the wait staff)...it is the best we had in all of Italy. If you are looking for the european hotel experience, this hotel will fit the bill perfectly. If, however, you are looking for a glitzy American hotel, this hotel is not what you are looking for. It is family run and operated. Desk staff will speak english well. Internet is included in your room and is unlimited as far as I could tell. It is a wonderful place and will add to your overall experience in Rome.
